At Boutique 19, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. We use trusted couriers including Royal Mail and DPD.

Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Full-Price Items
Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
Items are in original condition
Free from makeup, stains, or perfume
Unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

If your original order qualified for free shipping over a certain amount, a deduction of £5.95 will be made from your refund to cover the original delivery cost.

Once received, please allow 7–10 days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Additional Information

If your order included a promotional offer or free gift and part of the order is returned, the value of the promotion may be deducted from your refund.
